Our consultants' commitment to delivering results on every project is the principal driver of our success. They are involved at every stage of the development of industrial products and information systems, either directly in the client's facilities or as part of an ALTEN project team at one of our Delivery Centres.
Technology consulting, design studies, development, functional analysis and needs appraisal. Project management, assistance to business process owners, training and change management programmes... These are just some of the assignments that offer ALTEN consultants real opportunities to develop their skills in a unique high-tech environment. Whether you are a recently qualified engineer or a seasoned professional, there's a place for you at ALTEN !
The main role of ALTEN managers is to develop our business with current and prospective clients. They draw up action plans, follow up leads, identify needs and draft technical and commercial proposals to sustain a steady flow of projects for our consultants. They also recruit consultants for new projects and support their career development. Resolutely results-oriented, ALTEN managers are a major driver of the company's growth.
ALTEN managers develop their professional skills on a continuing basis at the corporate university Amplify, a unique interactive training centre dedicated to career-long learning. During their first few weeks with ALTEN, managers take part in training programmes on topics such as business development, time management, communication skills, people management, business reporting and financial management, followed up by several months of regular mentoring sessions with an experienced ALTEN manager.
We need top-quality support staff specialising in financial management, recruitment, human resources, sales administration, and more. They ensure that our consultants and managers can focus on their primary objectives, that our clients receive the highest quality service at all times, and that our company consolidates its position as the best-in-class technology consulting & engineering firm in the industry.
The recruitment process
We have designed a simple, robust recruitment process combining transparency and straightforward interaction
1. Career path verification in an initial telephone interview
A recruitment representative will contact you to verify the information on your application (availability, qualifications, professional goals).
2. Interview with our managers
A manager will conduct your first face-to-face interview to give you a detailed introduction to the company, our areas of specialisation and business sectors, and to speak with you about your aspirations and experience.
A second interview could then be held to better define your future role at ALTEN and discuss the types of projects best suited to you.
