Company structure

INTERNATIONAL
Gathers all the ALTEN subsidiaries outside France. Already firmly established in Germany, the Benelux countries, Spain and the United Kingdom, ALTEN is continuing to gain ground in other European countries such as Italy and Sweden, and assists clients in gaining access to new markets. Thirty percent of ALTEN's business is generated outside France.

TECHNO Paris
Designs, develops and manufactures products and systems for the aerospace & defence, energy & life sciences and land transport industries. Helps solve systems and product intelligence problems (e.g. engine control, avionics systems, energy management).

SOLUTIONS
Includes a group of subsidiaries specialised either in high-value niches of technological expertise (e.g. control laws or Microsoft technology) or transverse industries that work to meet project objectives and ensure a product's operational performance throughout its life cycle (e.g. project management, ergonomics, documentation and training). This Division helps support all of the other centres of expertise and at the same time coordinates with the rest of the company to develop its activities and expertise.

SIRT Paris
Offers IT and Telecommunications services to industry and services sectors :

• Design, deployment and restructuring of information systems to optimise industrial performance, company processes and management and client relations.
• Design and operation of information system and telecom infrastructure.
• Industry-specific solutions for the banking, finance and insurance industries, particularly in the areas of security and risk management.

FRENCH REGIONS
With 5 regional departments (West, Northeast, Rhône-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, and Southwest) and 18 regional facilities, this Division offers all of the company's services and provides complete coverage to the industrial and service sectors outside the Paris area.
