As the leader in Technology Consulting and Engineering and present in 14 countries, ALTEN strengthens its sustainable commitments by building up and broadcasting key CSR documents to its stakeholders.
ALTEN aims at meeting their needs, anticipating their requirements and balancing performance and Sustainability. These key CSR documents show up our involvement to respect and make respect within our sphere of influence, the ten universal principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the International Labour Organisation’s principles.

The ALTEN Group has created its own Code of Ethics, which sets out ethical commitments designed to ensure that the Group pursues and grows its activities in strict compliance with national and international laws and regulations. The Group wishes to conduct its business with honesty and integrity, which requires that all employees refer regularly to the Code of Ethics. Therefore the Code of Ethics is available on the Group’s intranet and is included in the Welcome book given to each new employee. |

ALTEN’ Sustainable Development Charter commits every subsidiary of the Group to respect and make respect within its sphere of influence the ten universal principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the International Labour Organisation’s principles, especially regarding fighting discrimination, fighting against forced labour and child labour. The Sustainable Development Charter is available on the Group’s intranet and is included in the Welcome book given to each new employee. |
| Responsible Purchasing Charter | |

In 2011, ALTEN has strengthened its Responsible Purchasing policy by creating its Responsible Purchasing Charter. This charter is systematically integrated into our requests for proposal; it is sent to our main suppliers for agreement. Thanks to this charter, ALTEN encourages all of its suppliers to sign up to this initiative and comply with the principles of the Global Compact and the International Labour Organization. |

Quoted on the SBF 120, ALTEN complies with the obligations of the Environmental French law (“Grenelle de l’environnement”, art. 225) by publishing its social, societal, environmental and economic performance indicators. ALTEN chooses to highlight its sustainable progress and perspectives in its Sustainability Report, broadcasted annually. |
