ALTEN, a world leader in engineering and technology consulting, announces today that it is joining the “I choose French Tech” (Je choisis la French Tech) program. This initiative marks a new milestone in the Group’s commitment to the French entrepreneurial ecosystem and technological innovation, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.
A program serving sovereignty and transformation
Launched in June 2023 by the French Tech Mission, the “I choose French Tech” initiative aims to facilitate access for French startups and scale-ups to private and public procurement. It pursues a dual objective:
- strengthening France’s economic and technological sovereignty,
- accelerating the transformation of companies and public-sector actors through French innovation.
By bringing together major corporations, entrepreneurs and institutions, the program creates a favorable framework for the development of high-performance, competitive local solutions, and encourages the adoption of innovations from the French Tech ecosystem within organizations. Since its creation, 15,000 connections have been made, and relationships between major groups and startups have increased fourfold.
