We remind you that you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, portability, and object to the use of your data, as well as the right to determine the fate of your data after your death. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission for Information and Freedoms (CNIL).
Information notice for candidates
ALTEN processes personal data as part of recruitment management:
- Based on its legitimate interest, as a company with a large recruitment volume, to consult and analyse the data you have made public (in particular on LinkedIn) in order to assess the possibility of offering you a job;
- When you have applied directly for a position at ALTEN, as this is a necessary pre-contractual measure in the initial stages of recruitment.
In the first case, your data is used to search for and identify relevant profiles in order to gather applications for positions to be filled. In both cases, we consider that your professional skills and aptitudes may be suitable for the position(s) to be filled.
Your data is processed by ALTEN and its subsidiaries’ recruitment officers and communicated to line managers. It is also accessible to our recruitment software publishers to ensure IT maintenance and security, subject to our authorisation.
The data collected is essential for this processing and is intended for ALTEN’s authorised services. It will be kept for 2 years from our last contact.
Information notice for ALTEN employees
ALTEN processes personal data for the purposes of personnel administration, payroll, careers, training, work organisation, the management of consultants’ assignments and projects, the supply of resources and the provision of IT tools, the management of internal and external communications and the security of goods and people.
This processing is based on ALTEN’s legitimate interest, its legal obligations and on the performance of the employment contract.
The data collected is essential for this processing and is intended for ALTEN’s authorized departments according to the various processing operations and in particular the Human Resources Department, the Communication Department, the General Resources Department, the Innovation Department, etc.
They are kept for up to 5 years after your departure, except in special cases requiring a shorter or longer storage period.
Information notice for customers and prospects
ALTEN processes personal data for the purpose of managing commercial relations with its customers and prospective customers.
This processing is based on ALTEN’s legitimate interest as well as on the performance of a contractual basis.
The data collected is essential for this processing and is intended for Alten’s authorised departments.
It is kept for up to 3 years from our last contact with you or up to 5 years from the end of our contractual relationship. The data necessary for the preparation of the accounts are kept for 10 years in accordance with the Commercial Code.
Information notice for suppliers and service providers
ALTEN processes personal data for the purpose of managing its suppliers and service providers.
This processing is based on ALTEN’s legitimate interest as well as on the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures.
The data collected is essential for this processing and is intended for ALTEN’s authorised services.
It is kept for up to 5 years from the end of our contractual relationship and 10 years for accounting data.
