To this end, it shall implement the strategy and actions detailed in its multi-year plan which is currently being drawn up.

Multiannual Accessibility plan 2024 – 2026
Introduction
This multi-year plan presents Alten’s policy on the accessibility of its online public communication services for the period from 2024 to 2026, pursuant to III of Article 47 of the Law : Loi n° 2005-102 du 11 Fevrier 2005 pour l’égalité des droits et des chances, la participation et la citoyenneté des personnes handicapées and Décret n° 2019-768 du 24 Juillet 2019.
ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
The implementation of the Multiannual Accessibility Plan is part of the compliance with the RGAA (French description: “Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité”). Its mission is to promote accessibility by disseminating standards and good practices, and to support internal teams, particularly through training.
The development, monitoring and updating of this multi-year plan are the responsibility of CSR Department, Communications Department and IT Department,
HUMAN AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES DEPLOYED
Digital accessibility referent
The role of the referent is to pass on best practices and ensure that standards are properly applied. The referent is also the main point of contact for all accessibility-related issues within the organization. He or she is responsible for handling user requests and, more generally, for ensuring the quality of service provided to users with disabilities.
ALTEN SA’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Communication, ISD (Information Systems Department) and Legal Departments are responsible for managing and monitoring compliance with the RGAA. Purchasing will also be integrated into the process to raise awareness of digital accessibility among service providers.
Financial resources
ALTEN relies on a number of internal departments as well as external expertise to support the accessibility of its website and content.
ALTEN relies on :
- Its IT department to constantly improve the digital accessibility of its various websites
- Its communications department to ensure the creation of content accessible to all
- Its Disability Unit Manager, who is responsible for digital accessibility.
- Its legal department to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Processing of user requests
In order to meet legal obligations and the provisions of the RGAA, ALTEN has set up a contact method to handle all requests from people with disabilities: referent-accessibilite@alten.com
TRAINING AND AWARENESS ACTION
Taking digital accessibility into account within ALTEN requires awareness-raising steps at all levels, including:
- adapting the internal production and management organisation of the websites and applications concerned
- support for employees through awareness-raising and training;
- a modification of market procedures;
- taking care of people with disabilities when they report difficulties.
In order to ensure that employees working on digital interfaces take into account the accessibility of digital content for people with disabilities, training will be provided for this purpose. In particular, contributors will be made aware of the need to take into account good practices when publishing online content.
Use of external expertise
Alten called upon a specialised service provider to assist with the accessibility audit of its alten.com site and that ALTEN SA may again call upon external expertise for training and assistance with compliance of its other digital media.
Consideration of digital accesibility ins projects
ALTEN wishes to raise awareness among its service providers and subcontractors on the subject of digital accessibility and add requirements corresponding to the RGAA to its specifications.

ALTEN relies on its specialised service provider to carry out audits and declarations of its various digital media.
