The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors determines ALTEN’s strategic directions and makes sure they are implemented in conformance to corporate interest, as well as current social and environmental challenges.

Its composition:

As of December 31st, 2023, women hold 50% of board seats (excluding the Director representing employees). The board’s diversity policy aims to set forth a variety of skills and experience to ensure that its missions are carried out objectively and with an open mind.
