ALTEN Group (“ALTEN”), headquartered in Paris, France and a market leader in engineering and technology consulting services, has recently completed the strategic acquisition of East Japan Institute of Technology Co., Ltd. (東日本技術研究所,Tonichi). This acquisition contributes to ALTEN’s strategy to increase its engineering capacity in Japan and reach a critical mass to become a leader of engineering services in Japan.
