ALTEN awarded Top Employer© in France and in 3 other countries

In 2020 and for the 9th consecutive year ALTEN was rewarded the Top Employer© France label, which highlights and rewards our Human Resources policy. The awarding of this label is based on an internal audit built on a frame of reference of 400 Human Resources practices covering different aspects of human resources.

 

ALTEN stands out notably in France this year for the quality of its training policy and the development of its employees’ skills.
The ALTEN Training Center (ATC), the group’s in-house university, promotes in-house training, structures and diversifies training offers for all employees whatever their position.

 

The group has also been rewarded in 3 other European countries: Germany, Spain and Italy, already awarded Top Employer© in 2019.
