ALTEN confirms its leadership on climate matters with the renewal of its A- rating at CDP’s questionnaire

This year, CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) once again assigned ALTEN the A- rating in recognition of its approach in favor of the fight against climate change. Obtained for the second consecutive year, this rating demonstrates ALTEN’s leadership in environmental matters.

CDP is an international non-profit organization representing more than 500 investors, whose aim is to assess the impact of large companies in terms of climate change.

ALTEN has been answering the CDP questionnaire since 2012. This annual analysis is based on companies’ answers concerning their integration of climate change (strategy, risks and opportunities, etc.) on the one hand and concerning their greenhouse gas emissions on the other.

CDP’s notation system (a letter between A and D-) reflects the performance of measures implemented for the mitigation of climate change. ALTEN is part of the 16% of the highest-ranked companies for its activity sector. The average score of the 800 worldwide companies is C.
