ALTEN announces a strategic evolution of its governance
Simon Azoulay will be appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. Cyril Malargé will join ALTEN and will be appointed Chief Executive Officer. Danièle Guyot-Caparros joins the Board of Directors as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Simon AZOULAY
Chairman of the Board of Directors
A graduate of Supélec, Simon AZOULAY ibegan his career by managing the R&D laboratory at Thalès. In 1988, he founded ALTEN with 2 fellow engineering associates and subsequently supported the Group’s growth and international development. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ALTEN until 2025. Since November 2025, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of ALTEN.
Emily AZOULAY
Director
Mrs. AZOULAY has held various salaried positions within the ALTEN Group since its creation in 1988, including roles as Sales Manager and Head of Administration and Finance. She no longer holds operational responsibilities within the Group, aside from her directorship.
She is a member of the Remunerations and Appointments Committee of ALTEN SA.
Jean-Philippe COLLIN
Independent Director
Jean-Philippe COLLIN has more than 40 years of international experience acrossseveral industrial sectors including automotive, information technology, consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals. He has held senior executive positions within major groups such as iIBM, Valeo, Thomson, PSA and Sanofi, with recognised expertise in organisational trasnformation and corporate governance. He also serves as as director or advisor to several companies and organisations, including Grant Alexander, Jicap, CAN, HR Flow, Silex and Innov +.
Within ALTEN, he is a member of the Audit Committee, the Remunerations & Appointments Committee, and the CSR Committee.
Marc EISENBERG
Independent Director
Marc EISENBERG began his career as a management consultant. In 1986, he founded in France a cost-reduction consultancy that has since become a European leader in its field, serving as its operational head until 2012. He also served as a judge at the Nanterre Employment Tribunal from 1995 to 1999 and the Bobigny Commercial Court from 2000 to 2001.
Maryvonne LABEILLE
Independent Director
Maryvonne LABEILLE is Chair and Executive Officer of LABEILLE CONSEIL, a human resources and executive recruitment consultancy she founded in 1993. She supports French and international groups in the identification, recruitment and development of their senior executives. She holds several responsabilities within SYNTEC (Vice-President of SYNTEC CONSEIL and Director of the Fédération SYNTEC) and serves at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI Paris) as well as at ODIS (Organisation for the Development of Social Intelligence). Within ALTEN, she chairs the Remunerations & Appointments Committee, and the CSR Committee.
Danièle GUYOT-CAPARROS
Independent Director
An expert in finance and business operations, Danièle GUYOT-CAPARROS began her career as an auditor at PwC, specialising in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors. In 1992, she joined Rhône-Poulenc-Rorer (which later became Aventis, then Sanofi), where she held international positions such as Global R&D CFO and Europe CFO. From 2008 to 2021, she worked as a Senior Advisor at Deloitte Conseil, supporting various companies in the healthcare sector on transformation, governance, and M&A issues. She sits on multiple boards in the biotech and medtech sectors, including DBV Technologies, where she is a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees, and Valneva SE, where she chairs the Audit Committee. She has also served on the boards of Diaxonhit, Supersonic Imagine and Valerio Therapeutics, chairing the latter from 2019 to 2021. She is currentlyChair of the ALTEN Audit Committee.
Pierre-Louis RYSER

Employee of the ALTEN Group since 1996, Pierre-Louis RYSER works as a technical and logistics writer specialising in project management. He is a member of the CSR Committee.

Jane SEROUSSI is an entrepreneur who created her own brand, and she has served as its Managing and Financial Director since its inception. The company has expanded both in France and internationally through an exclusive network of branded boutiques.
Philippe TRIBAUDEAU
Independent Director and Lead Director
With more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and M&A, Philippe TRIBAUDEAUis accredited by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom. He spent several years at Merrill Lynch – Bank of America in the United Kingdom, where he served as First Vice-President.He is an independant and lead director of ALTEN and a member of its Audit Committee.
The Executive Committee meets at least once a month. It is made up of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officers.
